IWKBU Payment & Fleet Management Platform

Jasa Raharja, Indonesias state-owned insurance company under IFG (Indonesia Financial Group), needed to modernize the IWKBU payment process for public transport bus companies. The existing manual process was inefficient, prone to errors, and made it difficult for bus operators to manage their fleet registrations, track payment status, and generate compliance documentation. With hundreds of bus companies like Sinar Jaya, Haryanto, and Pandawa needing to pay mandatory vehicle insurance contributions, a digital solution was essential.

We developed JRku (Jasa Raharja Ku), a full-stack web platform with a Next.js frontend and Go backend. The platform features a landing page showcasing the service to bus operators, social login integration (Google, Facebook, Apple) for easy onboarding, a company dashboard for managing fleet vehicles and payment history, an admin panel for Jasa Raharja staff to verify companies and monitor compliance, automated receipt (resi) generation with PDF export via Puppeteer, transaction history with pagination, and a vehicle reporting system for monitoring card and status tracking. The platform also includes a companion mobile app available on Google Play and App Store.
