The Challenge
PT Polaris, a health quality company with 148+ employees across multiple divisions, was managing their HR operations, sales tracking, customer service, and financial reporting through disconnected spreadsheets and manual processes. This led to inaccurate attendance tracking, delayed reporting, difficulty monitoring employee performance, and no unified view of business operations. Field employees also lacked a mobile solution for clock-in, leave requests, and accessing company information on the go.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a full-stack platform consisting of a web dashboard and a companion mobile app. The web dashboard features four integrated modules: HR (attendance tracking, leave management, employee database, organizational tree, gender diversity & division demographics), Sales (pipeline and target tracking with quotation management), Customer Service (ticket management and satisfaction metrics), and Finance (budgeting and expense reporting). The Flutter-based mobile app provides employee self-service features including GPS-based clock-in/out, leave requests, and access to HR, Sales, CS, and Finance modules. The entire platform is powered by a Go backend API with PostgreSQL, ensuring fast performance and data consistency across web and mobile.
