The Challenge

Twintech Precision operated their CNC machining facility with minimal digital oversight. Machine downtime was unpredictable and costly, quality defects were detected late in the process, and production scheduling relied on manual estimates. They needed a smart factory solution that could retrofit onto existing equipment without disrupting ongoing operations.

Our Solution

We deployed a network of industrial IoT sensors across 45 CNC machines to capture vibration, temperature, power consumption, and cycle time data in real-time. The data feeds into a custom analytics platform with machine learning models for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and production optimization. Operators and managers access dashboards on shop-floor displays and mobile devices, with automated alerts for critical thresholds and maintenance scheduling.
