The Challenge
Papumas relied entirely on traditional distribution channels and had no direct-to-consumer online presence. They needed a platform that could handle both retail and wholesale ordering, integrate with their existing warehouse management system, and support promotions and loyalty programs to compete in Indonesia's fast-growing e-commerce market.
Our Solution
We built a custom e-commerce platform with separate B2C and B2B storefronts sharing a unified backend. The system features real-time inventory sync with their warehouse, dynamic pricing for wholesale tiers, a loyalty points program, and integration with major Indonesian payment gateways including GoPay, OVO, and bank transfers. We implemented a headless CMS for marketing content and an analytics dashboard for sales performance monitoring.
