The Challenge

Jasa Raharja's claims filing process was fragmented and confusing for claimants. Victims and their families had to visit physical offices multiple times, navigate complex paperwork, and wait weeks without clear status updates. The internal processing system was outdated, causing bottlenecks and errors in claim verification.

Our Solution

We conducted extensive user research with claimants, hospital staff, and internal adjusters to redesign the entire claims journey. The new portal allows online claim submission with guided document uploads, real-time status tracking, and automated notifications at every stage. We designed an intuitive internal dashboard for adjusters with smart prioritization, duplicate detection, and integrated verification tools. The interface was designed to be accessible and empathetic, considering the sensitive nature of the claims process.
